How to Order:

You may place an order by Telephone, U.S. Mail or on the web @ midwestjeepwillys.com. If you have questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at 386-788-8838. For your protection - do not mail cash.

How We Ship:

Most orders ship by UPS or Fedex. Please review the Shipping & Handling Chart for shipping costs. Due to UPS/Fedex regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Small items may ship via US Postal Service. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost. We ship orders from multiple locations in the US to give you better and faster service.

Methods of Payment:

Payment can be made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa or Money Order. No Personal Checks or COD payments. Shipments outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars and cannot be shipped COD (Credit Cards are the easiest method of payment for International Orders). All Store Credits expire 12 months from date of issue.

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped to a Florida address will be charged Sales Tax.

Back Orders

The customer will be notified if any item(s) are backordered via by phone or E-mail. Customers have the choice to cancel the item(s) or have the backorder shipped when it becomes available. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner.


For processing of returns, please call ahead for a Return Authorization Number. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods. For more detail please view our return policy.

Damaged Shipments:

Claims for freight damage must be placed with freight carriers. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. Please call our Customer Service Dept. at 386-788-8838 for further assistance with damaged or lost shipments, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
